Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Slayer and Abolitionist??

First and foremost I would like to say...why are they playing with me y'all? Why are they playing?! First, he was killing vampires now this nig*a freeing slaves. Yes, according to a few slick movie producers and Steven Speilberg (Shame on you Steven!) who over looked the details of history or just didn't read, Abraham Lincoln felt a deep sorrow for the slaves and thought it was humane to free them. According to Dreamworks studios the movie, "Will focus on the political collision of Lincoln and the powerful men of his cabinet on the road to abolition and the end of the Civil War."  I wish y'all could see my stale face right now...Anywho I'll be blunt about this, President Lincoln (along with most of the U.S. presidents) didn't give a squirrel fart about black people, especially slaves. "If I could keep the country together without freeing a single slave, I would".-President Abraham Lincoln. Mr. Lincoln was more interested in keeping the south from seceding from the damn union. Long story short, it's imperative that we do our reading and research about ourselves. If we become knowledgeable of self, its nothing anybody can tell you about you. The only people who hurt from this false information are those whose ancestors came here in chains. US! Don't believe the Hollywood bullshit...
